For now I am part of the editorial AAF/Afrinic team for Dar es Salam CERT training course. I do this to help develop our CERT program in Africa. I am a member of our national cyber security working group where I work closely with our ministry of defence, police and RDB/IT on NICI III program. The significant advances in networking which have occurred in your country specifically because of your knowledge and effort --------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- ISOC Rwanda got chartered in October 29, 2010, getting Rwanda on the ISOC chapters map was a real fight but we got there. I am co-founder of that ISOC Rwanda, this is a personal achievement as well as a national one.
